Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any funds will be forfeited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000, with higher limits available for VIP members.
Withdrawals to major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (08:00-21:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are usually instant, completed within 5 minutes. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional security checks. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.
Withdrawals may be restricted or delayed in the following circumstances:

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or bonuses.
